Second FTC Hearing on the Evolving IP Marketplace

The second hearing was held last week. Aron Levko presented preliminary data from the 2009 PwC survey of patent litigation. Bryan Lord from AmberWave gave a presentation with an interesting model (from Karl Ulrich at Wharton) of how technology and markets need to develop concurrently for economic growth to obtain.

The next hearing is scheduled for March 18 and 19 and is free and open to the public. See earlier post about the first hearing here.
