My formal training is in law and science (physics and physical chemistry). Over the past fifteen years I have written for newspapers, prepared photorefractive polymers, crystallized proteins, measured single molecule-fluorescence and plasmon propagation, prepared and prosecuted patent applications, advised on technical and legal issues relating to patent infringement and licensing, and managed financial and operational functions for a venture capital fund.

I currently litigate and try cases for a major law firm, but the opinions expressed on this blog are my own, and should not be attributed to either my firm or its clients.
